Our Anti-Spam Policy
At Aftersend, we have zero-tolerance when it comes to spam. Any and all emails sent whilst using our product/service must be expected by the recipients. We have therefore laid out some basic but mandatory rules that we expect our users to follow. These rules are not exhaustive and Aftersend reserves the right to suspend the account of any user for any behaviour that is likely to impact the efficiency of the service:
- You must have the consent of your contacts
- When sending content such as marketing material, newsletters, etc., all recipients must have knowingly and willingly subscribed and/or opted in to receive those types of emails
- The contact is aware of the kind of messages they will receive and for what purpose
Before you create an account and begin using our product we strongly suggest you familiarise yourself with these rules. They form an integral part of the General Conditions Of Use of Aftersend and apply to all Aftersend users. By creating an account you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and understand that these rules will apply and shall be binding during our entire business relationship.
Non-compliance with our current Anti-spam Policy may result in the immediate suspension or restriction of your entire account or of certain services from your account, to prevent any damage to our reputation or to the efficiency of our services, in accordance with the suspension process described in our General Conditions of Use.
